Statement of Faith

As Christians, we believe in God as revealed in the Bible- a God of Holiness and Justice, a God of Love and Grace.  We believe that Man has been created by God with an eternal soul, but that Man is sinful and in need of a savior.  That savior is Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God.  He entered into human history, becoming entirely a man yet remaining completely God.  By living a sinless life, He fulfilled God's law and was worthy to die as a sacrifice for the sins of others.  In this way He conquered sin, and by His resurrection from the dead He conquered death also.  He is now seated at God's right hand in heaven, and reigns over all things.  He will return in judgment at the end of this age, punishing those who refuse to accept Him, and establishing in heaven those who have believed in Him.
